Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user stories and functional specifications and own design of test coverage plans and scripts as it relates to implementation configuration
Develop and execute test scripts for various project phases such as integration and functional testing
Own traceability from user story requirement through test script execution and evidence
Ability to reproduce and document/report defects to internal stakeholders
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools in a SaaS environment
Involved in QE activities associated with TrackWise Digital implementations.
Work with a team to ensure the highest quality product delivery and monitor metrics to gauge progress against testing goals.
Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together and develop QE approaches to fit the overall product design.
Support product teams in ensuring high product quality through exploratory and functional testing techniques
Participate in defect reviews during the project to ensure resolution and systemic root cause removal and support other root-cause analysis exercises.
Act as a change agent within the Sparta organization to improve quality and agility.
Must Have:
Salesforce certification (Administrator or Platform App Builder) or demonstrated salesforce trailhead progression geared towards testing discipline (i.e. Unit Testing on the Lightning Platform)
Exposure to security testing
Creating automated test scripts
We Prefer:
BS degree preferred (e.g. Computer Science or Computer/Electrical engineering)
3+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience of SaaS solutions, in an Agile development environment
Practical experience with the Salesforce platform, especially with Salesforce Administration and validating applications built on the Salesforce platform
Experience defining test strategies and test scenarios for multi-tiered web-facing applications
Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional and non-functional testing such as performance and reliability
Experience testing web services, especially REST services
