Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, plan and execute the end-to-end business scenarios
Create scripts to automate manual workflows to reduce turnaround time in defect resolution process
Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment
Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
Develop Test Scripts according to Acceptance Test-driven Development (ATDD) Testing methods using Gherkin and Cucumber Test Frameworks
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
Assist with creating and maintaining automation support documents surrounding standards, policies, procedures and metrics
Creation of test planning and perform Test execution within the Sprints
Develop and update Automated Regression test scripts
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
Adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Required Qualifications:
B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech (Minimum of 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
4 or more years of industry experience
Experience in Agile software development – Scrum / Kanban
Expertise in Manual and UI testing
Expertise in Database testing and API testing
Selenium WebDriver 3.0
Strong knowledge in Selenium 3.141 API
Page Object Model Design with Page factoryStrong XPath Design
Cucumber BDD – Creating Gherkin files passing various types of Parameters
Maven – Fundamentals building and running maven project in local and Jenkins
GitHub – Cloning, create branches, resolve merge conflicts
Jenkins – Creating a freestyle project and parametrizing the builds, basic knowledge of plugins
