As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Work in a cross functional product team with special focus on quality assurance and test related tasks within the product creation process.
Define quality and test strategies for products considering defined process and product standards.
Author and execute manual and/or automated tests.
Analyze test results (issues) and takes appropriate follow-up actions.
Be the subject matter expert for teams in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods and tools.
Build proficient product domain knowledge including relevant business processes & scenarios and a proficient understanding of customer needs.
Should have proficient knowledge and technical competencies of relevant programming languages and related development tools and processes.
Actively Participate in all quality related processes.
What you bring:
Around 6+ years of experience in software Testing/Quality Assurance/ Development with focus on functional testing and automation.
Proven track record of having played a lead role in Quality Assurance.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or Equivalent.
Expert level hands-on experience in Industry standard test automation tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO.
Any certification on Quality Assurance would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Java and JavaScript needed for test automation.
Experience working on Agile Methodology.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Curious to learn, Highly Result Oriented and Agile.
