Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
3+ years’ experience in related field preferred
1+ years Salesforce application development
Strong programming skills and expertise in Java/.Net development.
Experience with Salesforce Development/Admin skills
Understanding of Sales/Service Cloud
Understanding of Manual/Automation testing
Knowledge of Selenium IDE/WebDriver, QTP, TestNG, Worksoft Automation preferred
GitHub, Jenkins, ServiceNow, JIRA, Project, Microsoft Office 365, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
Knowledge in Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Salesforce limitations.
User Interface: Salesforce Visual Force, Lightning, jQuery
Knowledge of ETL tools (i.e. Data loader etc.)

What is expected of you and others at this level?
Participates in the QA process and maintain quality release.
Perform Manual, Automation testing.
Run regression, integration, and smoke testing of different Salesforce applications.
Able to work directly with business clients and IT counterparts who work US hours
Dev / Ops – demonstrated preferred skills in managing dev / ops in a complex salesforce environment
Agile – preferred experience in developing / delivering salesforce in an agile environment managing parallel sprints
Able to transform business requirements into test cases and document the test cases in Jira.
Manage defects; follow up and ensure that all defects are remediated, including escalations to ensure expected consumer experiences.
