Education: Four Year College Degree (Computer Science or similar)
Experience: 6+ years relevant work experience

Technical Skills – Requirements
Essential
Good working knowledge of C#, VB.Net, Visual Studio
Must have exposure in Web Application, Web Services Automation using Java / C# & Selenium
Experience with DevOps tools related to Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)
Experience with XML, HTML
Ability to troubleshoot issue in the performance test environment.
Must have exposure to design custom automation framework
Good to have exposure of stored procedure and PL/SQL
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency and knowledge in database SQL querying
Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
Must have exposure of Agile Methodology
Desirable
Experience in any of the below applications/technologies/programming languages.
ASP.NET
Selenium Webdriver
HP-Quick Test Professional/ UFT
BDD framework (Cucumber/ Specflow)
Familiar with ISO 8583 message format

Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and maintaining testing automation scripts and frameworks that execute the verification and validation of TSYS software products.
To provide technical support for issues or queries relating to Application software and services developed or provided by the department.
Able to perform monitoring and maintain automation suite up to date
Be able to work in Agile methodology and able to provide inputs in Sprint planning
Flexible to work on both manual and automation.
Look for and suggest process improvements and continuous quality measures across the development lifecycle. Documenting and tracking software failures using Jira
Supporting ongoing work to automate and document QA regression testing.
Come up with innovative solutions
Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.
Works as a self-starter and prefers to complete responsibilities with less supervision.
