Requirements:
5+ years of technical experience in large-scaled distributed environments
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Java
Technical expertise in building effective testing frameworks, that are highly scalable and reusable
Knowledge of web services/API test automation frameworks for REST/SOAP
Experience in automation testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress etc
Exposure to test frameworks like TestNG/JUnit
Good working experience with OOPS and design patterns
Exposure to tools like SoapUI, Gatling, Postman and JMeter
Hands-on experience of any Cloud technology (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Containers/Kubernetes
Should have demonstrated knowledge in CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkins)
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL,)
Good experience in Azure / JIRA / ALM – Test Management Tools
Developing a Web Based Application Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the automation test strategy and framework for the organization. Collaborating with internal team to identify and prioritize the areas of the application that require automation testing
Creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software application
Developing and maintaining the automation infrastructure, including test environments and tools. Integrating the automated testing process with the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Analysing test results and identifying areas for improvement in the application under test
Ensuring that the automated testing process is well-documented and adheres to industry standards and best practices
Keeping up to date with the latest automation testing tools, technologies, and trends
Collaborating with stakeholders to provide regular updates on the automation testing process
