As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:
Translating Product Bugs, and related materials into release test strategies & test plans with no supervision.
Debugging systems and developing tools/test frameworks, as well as automation of functional and system test processes
Collaborating with QA Engineers and developers to understand software changes & create tests to verify those changes.
Contributing to system test plans to ensure highly effective test coverage & automation
Creating and deploying automated system tests to replicate real world scenarios
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of QA experience with software written for Linux environments
Have experience to write automation with Python and roll-out solutions with high quality
Experience in test plan creation and automation
Experience to test automation framework and tools such as PyUnit.
Have experience and exposure to Internet Technologies such IPV4/IPV6,DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL.
Have an understanding of Internet tools such as Ping , Traceroute, Dig
