Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation solutions that meet organization standards and build reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites & test harnesses
Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams
Work in the agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.
Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria.
Active co-operation/collaboration with the global teams at various geographic locations
Focus on building efficient solutions for Mobile testing requirements.
Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment
Involve in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation strategy and ensuring best practices
Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in software testing or development with good understanding of testing, coding, and debugging procedures
Proficient with Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, defect management system, and documentation.
3+ Years of mobile Test Automation Experience in design and development of automated tests using Selenium, Appium using Python or Java.
Experience of testing in CI, DevOps, rolling deployment/upgrade model using tools like Jenkins.
Experience with source control tools such as GitHub or Azure Devops
Experience of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.
Mobile Native Application and Mobile Browser Testing via devices and simulators in both iOS and Android platform.
Conducting both internal & external security inspections and Mobile App Security Testing.
Proficiency in one of the following scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, LUA, or Bash.
Experience in performance testing of mobile apps
