We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test candidate with experience in, Java, Rest API, and Automation Testing to join our team in Bangalore
You will participate in the testing effort of cloud enterprise software. You will test and critique software components and interfaces in great technical depth, write test programs to assure high product quality and automate them using available frameworks.

Your Role Responsibilities?
Participate actively in an Agile based development / testing environment, including reviews, testcases/document reviews and planning activities
Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional, design specifications including regression of current products
Participate actively in functional, system, stress, longevity and regression testing activities
Participate in production deployments at flexible hours and participate in certification.
Design and develop test frameworks, automate tests and maintain existing internal QA tools
Work closely with the development team to analyse, debug and resolve the bugs
Collaborate effectively with engineers to solve complex problems to deliver end-to-end quality in our technology and customer experience
Work closely with cross functional teams and contribute in delivering high quality products
Organize own tasks and takes responsibility for progress and completion
What We'd Like to See
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with both Windows and Unix environments.
Experience with docker environment, and microservices.
Experience with any cloud platform Eg AWS, GCP, Azure.
Good troubleshooting skills, excellent Object-oriented design and programming.
Interest and even coursework in Quality Assurance is a major plus here: Creating test plans, designs, and building of tests.
Good experience with CI-CD test plan implementation experience.
Experience with REST based API testing, Java, Selenium, Gradle, Jmeter and cloud based application testing.
Experience with Eclipse
Experience with TestNG or other Java unit testing tools.
Experience in the Agile development product lifecycle.
Role Essentials
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
3-5 years + in the SaaS product industry.
