Your key responsibilities:
• Active collaboration with engineering team, product/operations team to understand the requirements, architecture
• Contribute to write and maintain automation testcase to test Functionalities
• Develop automation framework in case need be (API based), enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks
• Automate – Service Level Test, E2E Test journey tests
• Execute automated and manual tests
• Sound knowledge of CI/CD processes and schedule automated tests as part of daily execution, release pipeline
• Identify defects and report them in Jira
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Proven work experience (7-8 yrs.) in software quality assurance & Software Testing Life Cycle
• Strong knowledge of creation of automated tests using Java
• Experience in handing automation frameworks, backend API
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance testing is a plus
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related subject
