As a Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will be furnishing an individual contribution role in QA Test Automation activities. Purpose of this role is to execute project tasks to generate deliverables on-time with right quality using defined process, tools and standards. The candidate should have solid experience in preparing test cases and automating them using test automation tools such as Selenium and alike.
Responsibilities in this role includes:
Design, develop, modify, execute test cases anywhere in the software stack.
Automate the test cases using test automation tools and frameworks.
Develop technical documents and handbooks related to QA activities.
Required Skills:
Must have Linux experience (preferably RedHat and CentOS).
Must be able to write detailed test cases from scratch.
Must have Test Automation experience using Selenium, Python and other frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Good to have experience with SQL databases.
Good to have experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and PowerShell
Good to have experience of working directly with customers and should be flexible to work with Global teams in different time zones.
Good to have domain experience in Semiconductor manufacturing.
