Must Have Skill Set:
5+ years of experience working as a Software Automation Test Engineer using C#/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java or any other object-oriented programming language.
Experience with SQL Server or other databases
Experience in any of the common automated testing tools, such as Cypress, Selenium, Katalon etc.
Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills; strong logical reasoning and solution-oriented
Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment is a must
Positive and adaptable with multi-tasking in a continually changing environment

Exhibit hands-on knowledge in developing automated testing using modern software development and testing tools.
Ensure automated test design adheres to the overall company architecture and quality assurance principles
Collaborate with team members across product, architecture, development, DevOps, and testing teams in designing automated testing approaches
Promote and support the implementation of CI/CT/CD pipeline
Exercise fundamental good software engineering practice when developing automated tests, such as design/code reviews
Able to provide in-depth analysis to resolve technical issues, anticipate risks and ensure timely management escalation
Provide automated test solutions to deliver for both functional and non-functional software quality
Work with stakeholders to plan, estimate & implement test automation strategies
Ensure compliance to automation framework, standards & best practices
Facilitate automated, on-demand test automation metrics
Maintain and update technical documentation relating to test architecture, design steps, integration processes, or procedures.
Participate in technical design meetings to ensure clear direction in areas of responsibilities
Maintain test automation and defect tech debts in a timely manner
Seek stakeholder feedback via test automation demos

Good to Have
Working knowledge of microservices, cloud computing, and related technologies, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
Ability to understand and construct modern test strategies and quality gating policies within CI/CT/CD pipelines
Experience working in an environment transformed from a predominately manual QA to an automated QA testing
