Should have 6+ Years of Overall Experience in Testing and/or Project Management Roles with a proven record of Test Lead Skills.
Preferably has at least 3+ Years of Project Management Experience with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding and knowledge of the Atlassian JIRA System and JIRA Query Language.
Good understanding of creating, and maintaining JIRA Dashboards, and Kanban Boards specific to Bug tracking
Ability to understand and create workable tasks from complex customer requirements.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive in taking up new challenges by learning new tools and environments.
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Error Debugging, and Error Log Analysis
Excellent communication skills in oral/written English and remote management skills.
Good people management skills and not afraid to push back on challenges.
Knowledgeable of typical product delivery life cycles and methods to optimize best practices
