Responsibilities:
• Design and develop automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Test planning and test case creation - to develop test cases that are comprehensive, cover all aspects of the software application
• Test data creation and management
• Collaboration with development teams - to work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software is tested thoroughly and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
• Continuous improvement - to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the automation process and look for ways to improve the quality of the software products
SKILLS Must Have
• Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer (2+ YoE).
• Advanced programming skills including test automation tools and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with programming script languages including Java and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Selenium, WDIO, TestNG, Appium, RestAssured and JMeter.
• Expertise in automating Web, Android and iOS applications.
• Ability to develop test automation frameworks.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Willingness to switch to manual testing whenever required.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
GOOD TO HAVE: Airline/Aviation Industry experience
