Testing of both Windows and web-based applications.
Working on Functional as well as automation testing.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams in the software verification and validation testing.
Responsible for the documentation of test procedures and test forms as well as supporting documents.
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Passion to contribute to building automation framework, automation script, and reducing automation flakiness.
Capture and analyzing logs to ensure proper functioning of the system.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies, new processes, and policies to improve the current system.
Mentor and influence other engineers in complex technical situations.
What You Will Need:
Minimum Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's/master's degree in software engineering/ computer science or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
3-7 years of design and development of complex software systems
Proven experience in functional testing and test automation, preferably in an agile development environment.
Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product.
Understanding of software requirement specification and identifying the required test scenarios.
Experience in creating and executing test cases to test application functionality against acceptance criteria or requirements.
Well versed with SDLC, STLC and Defect life Cycle.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit).
Strong proficiency in programming languages Java.
Knowledge of performance testing methodologies like load testing and stress testing
Optional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in software unit testing, integration testing, system testing.
Knowledge of API Testing and Database Testing.
Experience with revision control tools like GitHub, bitbucket.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, Waterfall software development life cycle. Knowledge of Agile Scrum or DevOps implementation is a plus.
Experience with regulatory and compliance standards applied to the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Prior experience on Security testing will be a plus.
Excellent software troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge on testing AI based application will be good to have.
