Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing phase.
Prepare informative presentations that effectively communicate insights, quality
assurance protocols, and procedures to clients.
Investigate customer complaints and address product-related issues.
Create test strategies, test plans, test matrices, and test cases.
Perform web API testing.
Develop test frameworks.
Scripting with Java.
Possess proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
What We Expect You To Have
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation Tester, demonstrating a solid
understanding of test methodologies and software release cycles.
Expertise in Load and Performance Testing.
Proficiency in working with tools such as RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
Hands-on experience in conducting Database testing.
Previous experience working with Azure DevOps.
Professional background as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role within the call center industry.
Knowledge and proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with QA databases and applications.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Relevant training and certifications as a Quality Analyst.
Experience in successfully managing and leading teams.
