12-16 years of Professional Experience in Software Quality Engineer
3+ years of Management Experience handling large-scale teams
Understanding of software development lifecycle, test methodologies, and standard processes
Experience in hiring, building an inclusive team-based culture that strives towards best practices, measurable outcomes
Hands-on exposure on Automation testing side with web-based, client server application exposure
Must have fundamentals in technology with front end & server-side testing, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, web technology, and AWS services
Experience working on a scrum team developing cloud services; understand services architecture, development, and testing; understand Agile and Scaled Agile
Have insights about common engineering practice challenges and had experience of leading team to fix/improve them, e.g. automation framework, Feature Flag practice, CI/CD
Present to large audiences and lead group activities
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones which may require limited work outside normal working hours
