Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Test Manager who will help raise/maintain a high level of software quality in design, develop, configure, test for global deployment of relevant IT  The role requires proficiency of IT Applications Testing and best practices to ensure high quality delivery through the team.  He/she should have strong experience on functional/ automation testing.
Candidate will be expected to have experience on Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Effort estimation, Test Designing, Test execution, Defect Management and Test reporting. 
The candidate will be predominantly working in SAP FI space

Having 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP FI and having worked as Testing Practitioner
Well versed on SAP FI module with having skill on other SAP Modules
Owns the design and development of Testing on ERP systems meeting the IT project needs of the business. 
Owns and supports the planning, developing and execution of testing on the ERP systems
Guides and supports the subordinates, team members and mentor the junior team members
Works within standard procedures and work instructions, and under the guidance of a CC Lead.
Assists in the design, reviewing, analyzing and modifying the testing for any given project
Suggests recommendations for bug / problem resolution.
Raises risk on time and drive the mitigation plan
Formulate / review software testing strategies
Manage software testing processes and develop the internal QA team 
Should know testing best practices and should be adhered to SHELL standard of working
Well versed with market standard testing tools VSTS/Azure DevOPs and ALM
Work collaboratively with Design Authorities, Process Experts and Application delivery analysts in requirement stage
Assess test scenarios and provide test requirements based on risk-based testing methodology. Test coverage may extend beyond ERP systems
Manage the work in respective functional area to enable effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the targeted testing SLA and business continuity

Skills:
Expertise in SAP FICO
Knowledge on SAP MM and SAP PM
good to have exposure to SAP PS
