Responsibilities:
Analyze user requirements, plan tests, produce test scripts
Maintain highest quality standards of sprints/releases
Create & document innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our product
Coordinate with all stakeholders and work collaboratively with developers and other testers
Debug, refine and rewrite automated tests, improvise
Continuously enhance product knowledge
Should be able to work independently
Pays attention to detail and all tasks should be done with highest quality standard
Knowledge / Experience
6 to 8 years Automation Tester experience.
Hands on experience using software test automation framework to build automated tests, including the keyword test automation framework
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies
Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes
Willingness to shares relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
Good to have skills
NUnit, C#, Selenium
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
ITIL Basic certification - desirable
