Design and test power quality systems and understanding of power quality problems.
Implement power quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest power quality technologies and standards.(Grid code standards Eg. EN5160, PQDiff standard ,Comtrade Standard)
Know how of IEC61850 in substation automation.
Test case writing/execution and test data creation for product enhancements and new features.
Closely work with development and product management teams to analyze and resolve product defects.
Create and maintain testing documentation (test plans, test cases/scripts, defect reports, etc.).
Responsible for certifying the release candidate for a particular release and sending QAC report to build and release team.
present demos/training sessions to cross functional teams on the areas owned.
Experience in commissioning of Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters and PLC
Technical knowledge in (Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters, Power quality Meters etc)
Good Knowledge on Power System –Distribution & Utilization. Protection & Energy management system.
Knowledge on IOT devices is an added advantage
B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Experience of 5 Years above with exposure to Commissioning of electrical Products.
Hands on experience with Test Automation and ISTQB certifications on Software testing is a added advantage
