Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement and maintain test scripts with good quality in a python based automated test framework
Execution of tests in automated test framework with the CI/CD systems - Analyze the failures & identify insights on software quality
Update the progress of tasks, risks and regular status to the lead/manager
Build deeper understanding of product/application with a keen appreciation of Software Quality
Responsible for analyzing, testing, and deploying data products that meet the needs of stakeholders
Analyze current solution and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new features or enhancements. This involves analyzing usage data, user feedback and other metrics to inform product development decisions.
Working with product managers and engineers to capture test requirements for the products that meet the needs of stakeholders. This includes defining product requirements, creating user stories, and developing product roadmaps.
Data governance: Ensuring that data products are compliant with data governance policies and procedures. This involves working with data governance teams to ensure that data products are secure, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Stakeholder engagement: Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure that data products meet their requirements. This includes collaborating with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their use cases and provide support as needed.

Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment
Provides strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload with vendor teams

Qualifications & Experience:
·4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and automated testing, preferably in a cloud environment.
·2+ years of experience in automation development and testing using Python (such as pytest), experience in automating the test cases for embedded software.
·3+ years proven working experience as a data analyst, tester or business data analyst with focus on planning, executing and consolidating data product testing including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing etc.
·At least 3-4 years technical expertise in analysis, testing and visualization techniques.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
·Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills Functional knowledge or prior experience in Pharmacy, Lifesciences Research and Development domain is a plus
·Experience in working with agile and product-oriented teams that work effectively with teams in US and other global BMS site.
