Netstratum is looking for a Senior Software Tester with 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for efficient test management and traceability.
Demonstrate expertise in different types of testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios.
Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities to organize and track testing progress effectively.
Identify, record, and meticulously document bugs to track issues and collaborate with the development team for prompt resolution.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Manual testing, with a proven track record of utilizing Rally/ADO for managing test cases and test execution.
Strong experience in quality assurance processes and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with any performance testing tools will be a plus, showcasing a commitment to optimizing software performance and user experience.
Experience in handling client calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills for project communication and collaboration.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring thorough testing and accurate bug reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
