Create test specifications for traction and vehicle control functions in rail transportation.
Create test plans, specifications as well as automated test sequences.
Execution of tests using Labview UI / HIL or directly on the vehicle in a Sibas PN environment / Sibas 32 C/ Profinet.
Analysis of errors and diagnosis of the vehicle control software.
Maintaining the test environment (National Instruments, Labview, PXI).
Performing tests on the rail vehicle at the customer's site or on the test track.
Ensure flawless testing & on-time project delivery.
Ensure project executions are on track and provide periodic updates on the status to stakeholders.
Your success is grounded in:
Degree in electrical engineering or rail vehicle technology.
Work experience of 5 to 7 years in testing complex systems.
Experience in handling engineering and test processes.
Knowledge of bus systems (e.g. Ethernet, CAN bus, Profinet).
Additional qualification ISTQB Certified Tester is an advantage.
Knowledge regarding EN 50657 is an advantage.
Perseverance when learning about rail vehicle technology.
Efficient Ability to communicate confidently in English – written and spoken.
