• 7-10 Years experience in Web / Desktop Testing
• Automation Expereince using TOSCA or Selenium is must. TOSCA is preferred
• API Testing Knowledge using Postman or Ready API tool
• Must have Test Lead exposure
• Agile Experience is a must
• Working Knowledge on Test Case and Defect Management Tools - JIRA, QTest or equivalent
• Must have experience of manage end to end testing projects covering both the functional as well as non-functional aspects of testing
• Strong experience in hands on and hands off in creating automation strategies and brought proven success by bringing test automation
• Experience of Unit Testing framework like Junit
• Experience in BDD tool like Cucumber
• Bring thought leadership in the non-functional to draw and follow firm strategies around automation testing, performance testing and security testing
• Extensive knowledge application environments in preparation for testing at various stages
• Risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the testing
• Work closely with Business and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of project, co-ordination between parallel streams of work and no impact to critical business processes.
• Should be well- aware of latest tools, technologies and trends in testing
• Demonstrates ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter.
• DevOps- understanding and exposure to DevOps concepts and tools
• Good Reasoning and analytical skills
• Good Communication skills
• Work as a team player / Strong Collaboration
