Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have 5-8 years of Software Testing experience with 1-2 years of team lead experience.
Hands-on in Application Performance Monitoring or Observability platform testing.
Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows Operating System, and SQL language.
Vast and Strong experience in different types of testing for each stage of the product development.
Preparing Test Plans, Test reports, Traceability Matrix, and all required test artifacts to be used for Management.
Support, troubleshoot and analyze the test environment in all the layers of the Product stack and mentor the team on a need basis.
Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented & ability to define and provide high level of customer engagement through the delivery the Product with world-class quality.
Serve as key leader and excellent mentor for the team.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Skills & Experience
Experience in Non-functional testing & tools.
Document Writing – Release Notes, Installation & Upgrade/Migration guides, Troubleshooting guides.
Capability to create short self-learning videos about the product.
Network Management Systems knowledge.
Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, Grafana, Kubernetes.
Scripting languages and Automation experience will be an added advantage.
Understanding of JSON, XML, HTML.
Testing certifications.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or B.Tech Information Technology or any related field.
