Job Description

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of the functions for health insurance applications.
Work closely with Business partners, development teams, Project Managers, Scrum Master to streamline Testing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities would include managing multiple Quality deliveries across different testing subgroups, create Test plan, ensuring quality and completion of other testers outputs, functional, regression, integrated and end to end testing.
Scheduling meetings, Representing QA team in Agile Program Increment events, coordinating and reporting testing status to Project Management and other Managers.
Guide/mentor the testers, work with the testers to ensure all planned testing is executed and help to design any additions to the automation test suite.

Job Description
Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and independently in fast paced environment.
Create and optimize test processes including defect management and reporting.
Contribute to building quality into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using best practices and tools.
Create a test automation strategy across the application stack (Mainframe, CICS, middleware UI, API, and Backend, etc.).
Create and optimize test automation frameworks and use of test automation tools.
Lead test planning for complex features that span across the platform or multiple teams.
Ensure alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders.
Optimize test suites employing techniques such risk-based testing.
Manage test execution and assist with resolving, communicating, or escalating any issues that may result in test plan variance.
Contribute to test data management approach, processes, and tools.
Condition and generate test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments.
Assist in identifying and managing sensitive test data.
Participate in triaging reported issues/defects and assist with resolving or escalating them, as necessary.
Create and manage traceability. Trace tests forwards/backwards through the development lifecycle and back to requirements.
Use testing tools and follow processes to complete testing on a given test environment and assist with fulfillment of necessary steps required to promote code base to higher level environments.
Experience in coordinating functional, regression and End-to-End testing.
Experience in reporting testing status and progress to LOB and technology teams.
Experience in defect management and coordinate with the project team.
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to communicate with LOB and technology teams.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in diverse locations.

Requirements:
7+ years of applicable experience in Test prep and Execution.
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Health Care Domain is a must.
Automation knowledge and understanding on Selenium and UFT framework is essential.
Experience working with ALM/Zephyr and JIRA, Agile methodologies, SOAP/RESTFUL web services required.
Working knowledge of Git and Jenkins is required.
Preference will be given to SAFe certified professionals and other industry recognized quality certifications.
