As a Senior Test Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead the development and implementation of automated test scripts using Selenium, contributing to the enhancement of our testing processes and frameworks.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for web application testing.
Design, implement, and execute automated test suites and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and scenarios.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
Continuously optimize and improve test automation strategies and processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium.
Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and other related tools.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
