Understating the features, developing test cases and test execution for web or desktop products in pulp and paper industry
Working with project managers to understand scope, features and estimating testing and automation effort for new projects. Planning testing activities with local and remote teams
Collaborating with development teams, providing inputs in product meetings to create high quality products within the defined schedules and budgets
Having experience in manual testing as well automation testing using relevant tools. Managing test cases, test results and bugs in TFS or VSTS
Maintaining and continuously improving the test automation coverage and reliability
Being proficient or having the capability of becoming proficient at installing and configuring test environments, troubleshooting the software and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches
Aside from project responsibility, the successful candidate will also provide strategic sales, training and customer or application support
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in BE or B.Tech or MCA
Required minimum 9 to 12 years of overall experience in Automation Testing with minimum 5+ years of experience in selenium
Experience in API and non-functional testing, agile development environment, TFS and Microsoft testing tools (MTM, Test controller, Test Agents)
Experience of working with virtual environments (VMware or HyperView or Azure) with the ability to understand new features or use cases and developing test cases. Having good programing skill in C#, PowerShell scripts
Having excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in interfacing FTP, TCP-IP, OPC-UA/DA
Working experience of relational database oracle or sql server, time series database
Having excellent troubleshooting skills at module, product and system levels using any of the tools with hands-on experience in cloud technologies (azure)
