Test Planning:
Ability to interact with different stakeholders to understand the project scope
Ability to develop test plan/ scenarios for medium to complex functions.
May be responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff.
Test Case Design :
Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results.
Test Analysis , Defect Management and Reporting
Interacts with business analysts/developers and other project team members while developing expected results and verifying results.
Automation & Systems Thinking :
Knows what automation tests are available and how to communicate with the automation team.
Self starter – Taking initiative self leaner and finding opportunities
Trust - Ability to work in an open culture with a positive approach
Flexibility – Ability to accept change, agility
Service delivery excel- Ability to deliver on assignments with agreed measures of time, scope and quality
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Test Analyst with 3-5 years total exp having the below mentioned skill set:
College graduate degree from a reputed institute
Strong academic background & Good communication skills.
Good reasoning and analytical skills
Should have good Knowledge of Web testing(Salesforce), Automation(Selenium/TOSCA) &API
Should have good understanding of Testing Methodologies
Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing.
