• Engineers from Testing and Automation background for testing and automating Cisco's Next-Gen Routing platforms
• Candidate should be able test, Build automation infra for Cisco Platform, most importantly, program for the IOS-XR family of routers.
Minimum Qualification:
BE/ B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech with 8 - 12 years of hands on experience in manual testing,automation and programming test scenarios for networking products.
Technical skills:
Candidate should have hands-on experience in programming and testing of the following areas:
Core (must have) skills:
• Candidate should have overall Service Provider deployment and technology understanding.
• Hands on experience with testing of L2, L3 and MPLS Protocols: OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, EVPN, SR, SRv6, VxLAN, IGMP, Multicast Routing, MVPN, SP QoS, Edge QoS.
• Working experience in programming with Python and TCL/PERL
Other desired skills:
• Cisco Networking certificates such as CCIE, CCNP, etc.
• Extensive programming background in Python, Any honors or Certifications in python.
• Skills to work in highly collaborative, inclusive and agile teams in partnership with multi-functional teams such as Development, Hardware, Marketing, Customer Teams, etc.
• Ability to debug complicated system-level issues, reproduction and debugging of customer issues, handling of field queries and treating customer need as top priority in everything we do.
