Role and responsibilities:
At the outset of the project, test leaders, in collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans.
They estimate the testing to be done and negotiate with client to acquire the necessary resources.
Write new automation or update existing framework to ensure quality of development activities.
Document and update procedures and processes as necessary.
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:
Generate / Write / Automate test cases
Python
Automation testing using Selenium with Python for Web/UI testing
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Dockers
Bug-tracking tool like JIRA, TestLink
Experience in Agile like Scrum
Nice-to-have skills
Typescript, Javascript
Shell scripting
API testing
Java
Non-functional: Performance, Security testing
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
Self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines
Team player & have the ability to multi-task based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A. from reputed universities
3-6 years of QA experience
Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment
A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects.
