Your role:
Design, develop, evaluate, and conduct cost-effective, agile methods of testing new or adjusted software components and systems with an end-to-end, outside-in view representing the customers’ perspective.
You are responsible for
Lead the strategy for product testing during initial development and continued support through product enhancement.
Leverage your knowledge of subsystems and interfaces between them as well as overall system function to plan testing at different levels through development and manufacturing.
Requirement analysis and test case designing
Focus areas include system test design, design of test automation, test coverage optimization.
Designing & preparing test data and environment. Analyze, interpret and report test results for verification testing
Test planning, test cases execution and releasing the reports as per the process
Stakeholder coordination by working closely with software, verification and other engineers to architect and implement the best testing approaches.
Stay current with industry technologies and help select those technologies best suited to the application and create roadmaps for evolution of existing test technologies and tools.
Mentor the junior staff.
Typically, focus on testing the integration of several parts of a system.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science/Computer technologies
Total 12+ years of experience including 6+ years in Client/Server Testing (Preferably in Health Domain).
Analyze requirements, Design Test Scenarios, Create Test cases and Manage Test Data.
Review test cases, Execute test cases, identify defects and triage defects
Establish tractability and test coverage
Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts using standard and custom tools
Responsible for functional and non-functional testing on desktop and cloud platforms
Good verbal and written communication skills.
