Role: Hybrid Tester

Duration- 6 months
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years of Testing Experience in both manual and automation testing
• Experience in testing mobile apps (both iOS & Android)
• Katalon\selenium automation tool experience
• Able to perform test design & execution activities independently.
• Knowledge of Mobile Testing, IoT, MQTT, FOTA, Telematics, GPS, and GSM Validation.
• Good Communication, articulation skills, and assertiveness
• Experience in the Automobile/Manufacturing domain preferred.
• Should be able to drive processes and adherence to policy.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology & JIRA.
• Knowledge of daily/weekly reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
1. Plays a critical role in coordination with the Application team for creating test design framework.
2. Creates/updates Test Data for Functional Test cases
3. Performs UAT Test Execution for test cases and creates artifacts.
4. Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect aging tracking SLA
5. Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off.
6. Creates, and maintains Test Assets and Repository.
7. Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge-sharing sessions
8. Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting
9. Ensures regular communication with the test lead on any issue that may impact the project's quality, schedule, or budget.
10. Coaches the teams and steps up whenever TL needs any knowledge, technology, process driven initiatives e.g., creation of SOP’s and managing the adherence.
