Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Tester role
Through Knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM and HR for our customers.
• Able to test integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
• Contribute as ServiceNow Tester in projects ranging from simple to complex.
• Analyze and Test production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
• Test code migration from development to Test to production instances of ServiceNow.
• Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
• Good Knowledge of Testing Lifecyle
• Knowledge of Agile Framework
• Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as Functional Tester.
• Good communication skills to communicate with Customer & Team
• Prior exposure or working with international teams located in Europe and India
• Able to communicate well in Swedish and English
• Test Automation experience is good to have
