Job Description

Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and successful completion of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for the client while managing client expectations and satisfaction.
Develop the overall testing strategy and plan for the ERP implementation, including testing scope, test scenarios, testing priorities, test cases, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter specialists to develop test cases and scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications and systems.
Provide management and oversight to client implementations including the development of project plans and schedules, task management, resource planning, and communication of status to stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, consultants, and clients, focusing on adherence to scope, timeline, and budgets, ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
Oversee and manage the documentation of business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, scope changes, and design documentation.
Identify and analyze testing risks, ensuring mitigation plans are developed and implemented to minimize the impact on system quality and project timelines.
Partner with the Development Team and business stakeholders to coordinate testing efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
Provide status updates on testing progress, defects, and overall system quality.
Coordinate integration testing, ensuring seamless data flow and interaction with other components of the ERP.
Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the project status, including a budget, task completion, timeline, potential risks, and scope.
Exercise risk and issue management by identifying potential constraints based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project.
Proactively notify management of any issues, risks, or concerns.
Participate in the development and continual improvement of departmental standards, methodologies, procedures, and tools.
Plan and execute regression testing to confirm system changes and defect fixes do not impact existing functionality.
Assigns/delegates work assignments to project team members; motivate project staff and focuses on quality, time, and scope.
Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
Review and approve billable time and expenses related to managed projects.
Manage a team including internal and 3rd party external organizations.
Assist where applicable in pre-sales engagements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and managing client satisfaction.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation, and planning skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, business, or another technology-related field preferred.
10+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables through all phases of a project life cycle.
Excellent test management skills, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency with testing tools and software
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage the workload of multiple projects and tasks and work under time constraints.
Ability to lead and motivate functional and technical teams.
Experience managing, supporting, developing, and/or analyzing ERP or related applications.
Strong knowledge of ERP module business processes and workflows.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of project management best practices and experience in project management methodologies and application development and deployment.
Commitment to improving internal practices.
In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
Prior experience as a Testing Consultant Lead in an ERP implementation project
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Team player. Strong team building and mentoring skills.
Highly motivated and a self-starter.
