Looking for Automation Test Lead with 10+ Years of Automation experience and Test Management of 20+ people
Key Attributes
Hands-on Automation Framework development knowledge specially on Selenium
Experience in management of Automation team that includes Estimation, work allocation, Planning etic
Experience on client communication, reporting, interactions and onsite experience is preferable w.
8+ Years' experience on Automation scripting with hands on recent working experience on at least Script Enhancements, Reviews and improvements
Preferable Experience on Salesforce or an ERP system
Experience on Azzure, Devops, CI/CD
Can work on continuous improvements, New Technical Initiatives
Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management, Communication and Reporting
Good Verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Good Experience on Test Reporting (Daily Report, Weekly reports and Closure reports)
