Key Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience with at least 8 years' experience managing teams and large complex testing programs
Experience in SAP Testing with good understanding of Supply Chain Processes
Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations.
Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs.
Background in setting up and leading QA teams
Experience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and high performance platforms.
Experience in functional & performance testing.
Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools.
Experience in developing test plans, test cases and performing testing
Familiar with technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, SQL, Scala, Databases, NoSQL, Web Services (Rest & soap).
Familiar with using UNIX tools to measure system and performance metrics.
Extremely detail oriented, committed to the highest quality of work you're doing
Experience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews, forecast delivery schedules and risk mitigations
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership and globally dispersed partners

• Define and drive the QA vision for end to end functional and performance testing for key platforms and applications
• Recruit, train, and setup an Engineering Quality Assurance team.
• Lead, coach and mentor quality assurance engineers
• Communication and co-ordination with international teams
• Work closely with internal organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases, and deliver high quality products
• Enhance Quality Assurance processes, environments, tools and frameworks
• Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering

Education & Experience
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a premier school
