Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or related field
8-12+ years of Software Testing Experience.
Experience in Investment and/or Wealth Management domain.
Should have end to end test management skills - from planning till closure and defect management.
Should have capability to handle multiple stakeholders with strong communication and interpersonal skills - incl. conflict management if arises.
Agile and software testing certified talents are preferred.
Taking Accountability for all aspects of quality across both run and change and business as usual activity within the assigned platform or domain.
Overseeing the output quality from all testing phases owned and making sure it meets the requirements of each quality test strategy.
Making sure defects are detected and prioritized, based on impact, and resolved at the earliest possible moment and before the last responsible moment.
Undertaking end to end test management including planning, risk, issue, dependency management, lessons learnt and governance.
Reviewing all key collateral relating to delivery and making sure it is of sufficient quality and with no gaps or duplication.
Strong knowledge and understand of quality standards, quality best practices and our risk and controls framework.
Strong knowledge and demonstrable application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques used with agile methodologies.
Ability to work in large programs and manage multiple workstreams within it which is ready ‘mid-flow’ but still requires improvements in working practices
Experience/exposure of implementing strategies and testing approaches.
Experience /exposure of large data projects and how to find opportunities to speed up testing and identify methods for data usage or something like that.
Experience / exposure to complex microservice architecture and testing at API/interface level.
Practical experience of quality strategy and planning, testing design and execution.
Experience in functional and non-functional testing such as systems, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and back-out.
The ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature, platform, domain and enterprise teams, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
Good hands-on experience with test automation of web, API, data.
Understanding of data models, data mapping documents, ETL design, and ETL coding
Advanced skills with SQL queries, stored procedures, and test scripting to delete, define, load, and merge data for tests.
