Essential:
Must have at least five years’ experience in testing roles and in an IAM setting
Must have experience working with Sailpoint IIQ or CyberArk or Ping Identity products
Must have experience onboarding/integrating enterprise applications with IAM Systems
Exceptional Test Process knowledge and experience
Must have strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills
Ability to analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirements
Ability to prioritise test requirements in the context of business and project risk
Experience with Agile practices such as SCRUM, and Kanban
Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications is desirable
Desirable:
Previous experience Financial Services
Experience working in technology enabled change programs/ projects
Experience in Risk and/or audit
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Static Test reviews of the Business Requirements/ User Stories documents and develop test conditions and test cases for phase level testing using appropriate tools and techniques.
Execute testing and record test results in appropriate system to identify and raise defects.
Create comprehensive test data combinations to ensure the correct test coverage.
Develop a continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions.
Apply a risk management approach to achieve consistency and compliance to CBA testing standards.
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that test outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way.
Supports and mentors Test Analysts to ensure career progression.
Ensure test environments are managed to ensure high quality testing outcomes are achieved.
Create Test Plan and schedule test phases to ensure that consensus is reached regarding all test effort required for delivery
Provide accurate and timely status reporting to ensure that test progress and issues are understood by all relevant Stakeholders.
Create Test Recommendation report to outline the status of all completed work to highlight and accept outstanding issues prior to next testing phase or production
