Job Description

Responsible for writing test cases for each user stories and perform tests based on that test case by applying governance process and tools.
Responsible to make estimation on development tasks with project development Team
Responsible to present validate user stories before product owner can test them
Responsible to perform non-functional tests
Hands on experience with C# and .Net 4.0 and higher coding, should be able to understand and write code.
Knowledge of Visual Studio 2015 or higher
Experience in working in agile teams (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Should have experience in Windows Application Testing, Manual Testing, UI Automation Testing
Should have experience creating Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Steps using any sort of Test Managers
Hand on experience on SQL, should be able to write complex SQL queries.
DB profiling for identifying poor performing queries deadlocks.
Experience on Performance engineering/testing.
Experience on any Performance testing tools Visual Studio Load test, HP Load Runner JMeter with expertise on multiple scripting protocols.
Strong knowledge on different Performance metrics related to system, platform or network.
Gathering and analyzing SQL server Performance metrics and ability to trouble shoot Data Base Performance issues.
White box testing/ Automated API Testing / Web Service Testing / SDK Testing experience will be a plus.

7 to 10 years of experience in IT Industry. At least last 5-7 strong experience as a testing engineer.
Application quality: ensure that the tests done by the product owner trigger the minimal number of bugs.
Respect of IT governance process, events and artefacts: Ensure that SCRUM framework is applied and used.
Ensure that defined testing guidelines are strictly followed.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
Good Verbal and written communication skill, results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
Good leadership skills to collaborate with a cross functional team of highly skilled enterprise architecture teams and business leaders
