Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
3+ years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
3+ years of experience in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python
Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development
Experience with Agile testing methodologies and best practices
5+ years testing experience on back end applications
Is innovative, can simplify, and has relentlessly high standards
Can juggle testing of multiple releases with multiple dependencies
Able to handle an extremely fast pace while maintaining the highest quality standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of test methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role
Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills
Coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, and physical devices
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience testing large scale distributed web services
Ability to understand technical specifications, designs and code.
Experience working with internationalized products, and internationalization frameworks.
Adaptability and attention to finalizing testing details and duties amidst aggressive time challenges.
