We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the Flex Media Platform engineering QA team to develop and maintain a test automation platform that enables Dalet to deliver complex software rapidly without compromising quality.
What you’ll be doing
Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
Working with deployment teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
Noting all testing actions, you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
Managing the final quality of production release.
What you’ll need to be successful
3+yrs of experience in SDET role.
Strong experience in API Testing & Postman Tool.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Must have frontend testing framework experience with Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, etc.
Must be accustomed to different test methods and tools like TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, etc.
Must have experience in Automation Framework Development.
Have a grasp or experience of working AGILE + DevOps process management methodology
Experience with Jenkins & CI/CD
Knowledge of AWS or any other cloud
Strong communication skills both written /spoken and experience in interacting with various client stakeholders.
