Responsibilities:
Create/Improve Framework based on the needs of the project/application
Automate the Functional Test Cases / Regression Suites/ NFR tests
Reporting and tracking the defects
Implement the finalized test strategy.
Managing teams’ deliveries – unblocking team members, coordinating dependencies, guiding technical approaches for a problem.
Hands-on experience to handle users queries and incidents.
Develop and maintain good professional working relationships within the team / counterparts.
Participating in performance tuning/improvement
Good Analytical / Problem solving skills
Ability to plan, track progress and alert in case of delay
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work closely in offshore team environment
Self-motivating and reactive to requests
Be open-minded and proactive in reporting the status regularly
Ability to become autonomous very quick
Coordinating dependencies with onsite and any other external team.
Curiosity in all the latest trends and ready to do POCs with new technical stack
PROFILE REQUIRED
4–6 years’ experience on Automation testing using QTP / UFT
Experience on Windows Forms, WPF Forms , Client server application
Experience on VB Scripting
Knowledge on QC / ALM
Building Frameworks
Experience in automating applications built using Java, C++&.Net
SQL, UNIX , Incident and Request management,CI/ CD (Maven, Git, jenkins)
Knowledge on production monitoring tools.
Experience on BANCS application is an added advantage.
