Responsibilities:
Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work
Creating and executing functional test plans and test cases, both manual and automated testing for web applications & Perform regression testing.
Identifying and documenting defects
Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)
Execute Manual and Automation test scripts
Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products
Tracking and logging defects during execution
Identify and test for functional 'edge cases' outside of the expected workflow

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate with a Minimum 6+ years of experience in Web-based applications, Test automation like Selenium, WebDriver, and other automation technologies (BTech Preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases
Good knowledge of SQL queries and database testing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
