In this role, you will be working as a Software Engineer Test Automation in a product focused agile team delivering critical applications and services to the Markets Regulation Business Stream. You will be making an impact on our engineering approaches, culture and driving best practices to continuously improve our quality levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Create automation testing solutions focused on Regulatory and Data products
• Build CI / CD pipelines addressing functional and non-functional testing levels in an Agile SDLC
• Increase our testing capabilities to create high quality products for our clients
• Deliver innovative solutions with repeatable DevOps engineering approaches reducing manual processes
• Collaborate with Engineers and Product specialists to experiment and iterate our offerings
• Share knowledge and expertise with the technology community and grow our engineering culture
Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the IT field
• Extensive experience in coding, developing test methodologies and test automation solutions
• Over 2+ years implementing solutions on cloud-based architectures
• Proficient in at least one or more languages; Java, Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, C++ or similar
• Capable in front-end and back-end testing frameworks; Selenium, API or streaming data
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases or relevant Big Data
• Non-functional testing experience especially Performance Testing
• Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
