Design, develop and execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality (functional, regression, end-to-end tests, etc.)
Report and manage defects in JIRA. Work with the developers to test fixes before closing issues and actively participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Provide escalation support for our customer support team
Support developers in analyzing and reproducing customer issues
Opportunity to grow into a DevOps role
Analyze business and functional requirements together with development and product management (Three Amigos) to develop test strategies, test plans and test scenarios.
What you bring to the role
Must have experience (3+ years) in automating functional tests on a Networking product preferably Layer3-Layer 7 functionalities.
A very good understanding of complete software development life cycle. A thorough exposure to Agile methodology.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, Enthusiasm to learn and be a good team player.
Good communication and organization skills and happy to work with a team. Ability to collaborate to get work done.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in computer science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
