Responsible for validating Lytx products and its features. Mostly focusing on cloud functionality.
Work within a scrum team, create detailed comprehensive test plans and test cases and complete them using manual or automated methods as per sprint/release schedule and report defects to the software team.
Responsible for bugs/issues reproduction and investigation
Work directly with software and product teams on test plan reviews, bugs investigations and product releases.
Review and analyze requirements specifications, technical design documents, and providing timely feedback as part of a test plan definition process.
Work and collaborate as an integral part of a worldwide QA team based in India, US and Israel
What You’ll Need:
BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
At least 5 years of hands on experience with APIs (postman) and web app testing
Experience with IoT device testing – big advantage
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with postman, NewRelic, and SQL – big advantage
Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture – big advantage
Knowledge of Linux fundamentals and scripting
Strong problem-solving skills; adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with Jenkins – nice to have
A great teammate, highly motivated with excellent communication and collaboration skills
