Accountabilities & Essential Functions:
Testing all aspects of the product/system including function/component, system, performance, regression and service
Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
Able to Create, Assign, and track the project/module work plans for delivery and also provide the technical guidance for work completion
Ability to plan work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures based on the Root Cause Analysis.
Ensure process improvements and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review
Develop the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing.
Leading the QA team to design and create test conditions, test data and test automation scripts to address business and technical use cases.
Experience in Various Testing Phases- Functional, Regression, Integration, User Acceptance and Performance Testing
Ability to Define metrics, create reports, and develop statistics, for organizational reporting and monitoring of quality processes within QA department.
Analyze existing QA quality processes and develop new or revised quality standards as needed
Oversees daily work flow and projects for team.
Subject matter expert for team job functions.
Fosters a learning environment and mentors team members.
Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management.
Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Expertise in testing techniques and review process
Ability to use a wide variety of open-source automation technologies and tools
Experience in automation testing frameworks and tools- Selenium, BDD, pytest, QTP, Robot Framework, JMeter
Scripting using Python, VB Script, C, Java
Experience of testing REST APIs
Understanding of Test Architecture and design
Exposure to working in Agile, DeVops, and Continuous Delivery Environment
ISTQB Foundation Ceritification is a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field. In addition to the above the following experience is required:
Internal candidates: Minimum 1 years as a highly performing Mouser Software Quality Analyst/Engineer III or a higher-level position.
External candidates: Minimum 2 years as a Senior Quality Analyst/Engineer or a higher-level position.
6+ years experience in critical job functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external experience.
Good to have hands on experience in both manual and automation testing.
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
Team handling experience is a plus
