Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Team, Automation, support, and test Oracle 5G application software using cloud-native principles on the Linux platform.
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the following areas are required:
12-15 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing both Functional and non-functional in Telecom (4G & 5G) Core areas using Cloud Native
Software development & QA management experience of 5-7 years
Must have Telecom Core experience.
Sound knowledge of Non-Functional areas Performance, Geo-Redundency, Disaster Recovery Conflict Resolutions, etc., and able to guide the Team for bench Marking.
Experience in Cloud-native technologies (microservices)
Experience using Agile Process and way of working (Development & QA).
Experience using Kubernetes and Docker-based framework
Experience and In-depth knowledge of standard QA Processes and product life cycle required.
Experience and understanding of Python and Python-based Automation framework/tools for QA Activities.
Ability to work and lead a team of 10-12 Members (span across multiple areas)
Ability to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence.
Knowledge of software development methodology, build tools, and product life cycle.
Collaborative and open style with a constructive and positive attitude.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and resolve conflict.

Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
Working experience in the following technologies is preferred: Telecom (4G &5G) Core, Python Automation, and Cloud Native Environment.
Working experience with Test Management Tool, Jira, confluence, and Excel.
Experience in Project Planning and Scrum Agile
