Essential Job Functions:
Create and execute in-depth test plans and test cases that accurately test all aspects of the software application.
Identify, report, and track bugs through to resolution using a bug tracking system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure that software products meet both customer and business requirements.
Investigate and analyze customer issues, identify and replicate the source of issues in order to provide technical recommendations to the product teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual software testing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in manual software QA testing
Strong understanding of software development processes, including software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test planning and execution, including test case design and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience testing on multiple platforms including desktop, web and mobile is highly desirable.
